Welcome to ArtVisio. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you", "your") and us ("we", "our", "us") governing your use of the ArtVisio mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

• You must be at least 17 years old to use the App due to the presence of artwork that may include partial nudity.
• The App is intended for informational and entertainment purposes, helping users identify artwork and learn about it using AI technology.

2. Subscriptions

• The App offers weekly, monthly, and annual subscription plans.
• Subscriptions are managed via the Apple App Store and are subject to its terms and policies.

3. User Data

• We collect quiz answers anonymously. No personal information is required or stored.
• We use Firebase for analytics and crash reporting, and RevenueCat for managing subscriptions.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any harm resulting from your use of the App.

The images of artworks displayed in the ArtVisio app are sourced from publicly available databases and are believed to be in the public domain.
